After taking your sample according to the instructions, you can use the box in which the kit arrived to send it back to our lab. It should already have a return label on it, so you can drop it off at your nearest post office. To ensure your sample arrives on time, please avoid using post boxes, and do the drop-off from Monday to Wednesday in the morning.
If your box doesn’t have a return label, please get in touch to request one. It will be sent to you over email, so you can then print it and use it to drop off your sample as described above. If you don't have a printer at home, you can show the QR code of the label at the post office and they will print it for you.
You will find more information in your screening details after you confirm you’ve taken your sample.
