My sample was rejected. What can I do?

You can find out why your sample was rejected on the screening details page in your account. In most cases, you will be able to get a free new test kit sent to you so you can retake the sample. If that option is not available on your screening details page, please contact us. When it’s time to take your new sample and send it back to our lab, please make sure you read all instructions carefully to ensure it doesn’t get rejected again.
