How long can I wear a CBD tampon?

Each of our CBD tampons is coated with a 30% concentration of CBD.

Our CBD is 100% THC-free and CBD has a very high safety profile as tested by clinical trials and post-market surveillance.

You should use our CBD tampons just as you would a normal tampon, changing ideally every 4 hours and no more than 8 hours, depending on your flow.

To reduce the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), it is recommended that tampons are not worn for any longer than 8 hours at a time.

In the rare event that you notice any side effects, we would recommend discontinuing use of the CBD tampon immediately and contacting us for further advice. If you notice any of the following side effects; nausea, dizziness, high temperature, we would also recommend seeking medical advice.
