We're really sorry you weren't happy with our products.
To make it up to you, we can offer a refund if:
You had a medical reaction to the tampons (in this case, please contact us immediately)
The CBD tampons didn't help your period pains
You didn't receive your order
The products were faulty (we don’t use bleaching as part of our manufacturing process, any ‘discolouration’ on our tampons is the CBD coating, its completely normal, and they are safe to use, read more here)
You have been charged, but we've not yet sent your order and you'd like to cancel
We can also offer a partial refund if:
The packaging was badly damaged when you received your box (again, photos are very helpful for us to work out what happened)
You want to cancel your subscription, but we've already sent your box
We're afraid we can't offer refunds if:
You didn't find the tampons absorbent enough
Cancelled my subscription 2 months ago, why has money gone out and another pack sent out?? Refund please asap and correspondence. Again.
