Possibly! Research suggests that supplementing with good bacteria, especially Lactobacilli, can prevent UTIs. Lactobacilli dominate the urogenital flora in women, and it has been suggested that replenishing it with lactobacilli may protect against UTIs by fighting pathogens like E.coli, which cause UTIs.
