How absorbent are the pads?

Our pads are like that friend who's always there to catch you when you fall - super reliable and impressively absorbent. Here's the lowdown:

• Liners: These little heroes can handle 10ml of fluid. Perfect for those "just in case" days.
• Regular pads: With a 100ml capacity, they're ready to take on your average flow like a champ. Fun fact: that's equivalent to about 8 regular plastic pads!
• Super pads: These overachievers can absorb up to 160ml. That's enough to handle your entire period in one go (though we don't recommend wearing just one pad for your whole cycle, obviously).

To put things in perspective, most periods produce between 10-80ml of fluid over 8 days. So our pads are more than up for the task, even if things get a little... unpredictable.
