What do I do if I've used both tampons?

Your screening kit comes with two tampons that you can use to take a sample with — one to send back and one for backup. If you have used both tampons and have doubts about the integrity of both samples, please get in touch with our customer care team to request a new tampon to be sent to you. Please make sure you haven’t used any of the other items included in your kit, as you will need them to send back your sample.
