How long can my sample stay in the freezer? Would it impact the quality of the sample if it stays in for longer?

You can leave your sample in the freezer for up to 7 days before you have to send it back to us. We recommend that you send it back to us as soon as possible, but we understand that life can get in the way. So don’t worry and keep your sample frozen.
